Your purchase confirms that you've read and agreed to our studio policy below:
 

1. Booking and scheduling are complete before the class/session starts. Payment is done in advance prior to the class.

2. All classes/sessions are fixed in time and start no longer than a 5-10 minute wait.

3. You're responsible for showing up on time for the class/session that you've booked. If you show up late or don't show up, the slot is still counted as used.

4. Once you've booked a class/session, you have until 12 hours before the class/session start to reschedule or cancel, without the slot being counted as used.

5. Payment is not refundable, and booking is not transferrable, except for the condition in No. 7 below with a fee applied.

6. If you wish to attend a class outside of the regular group class hours, you'll need to book a single or a package of private session(s).

7. If you make duplicated payment or wrong booking by mistake, any refund will deduct a 10% fee of administrative charge.
